| This two-day course is designed to teach you as a project manager how to create and manage projects and resources. Participants will learn how to create new projects, enter tasks, create a WBS, set dependencies, create contraints and deadlines and manage resource assignments. You will also learn how to analyze and manage resources over and underallocations, set baselines, track and manage progress and generate reports. |
| Prerequisites:To ensure your success, we recommend you have some working knowledge of your computers operating system and MS Office Suite. It is also recommended that students have a basic understanding of Project Management. |
